Kessels
& Smit, The Learning Company, founded
in The Netherlands in 1976 by Joseph Kessels and Cora
Smit, is an association of more than 40 professionals
with a passion for learning and development. From our
bases in The Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa and India,
we support individuals and organisations around the world
on questions regarding learning, development, knowledge
productivity and change.
We
call ourselves The Learning Company to express that we
are a learning organisation that applies the same principles
to our own work as those on which we base our advice.
Through our collaboration we want to increase the learning
capacity and knowledge productivity of our clients. We
accomplish this by learning from - and with - each other,
both fellow professionals and clients.
